About Us

 

Ozoa Consulting LLC provides coaching to leaders and teams. Our HR solutions include a number of assessments for management development, communication, team building, customer service, relationships, sales, selection and career transition. These assessments have been given to millions of people, used in over 90 countries and translated into 40 different languages.

Becky Ozoa has over 20 years of experience as a Human Resources leader for companies such as Nestlé Waters North America, Quaker Oats and CoreLogic. Throughout her corporate career, Becky has assisted companies, leaders, and employees to maximize their potential.

For most of her professional life, training and development have been core components in her repertoire. Her passion for developing others started in high school when she was actively involved with the California Association of Student Councils (CASC). As both a State Board member and a staff member for their junior high and high school student leadership camps, she was able to train hundreds of students in topics ranging from meeting facilitation and team building to stress management.

Becky’s training certifications include TTI Behaviors, TTI Motivators, Zenger-Miller/Achieve programs, DDI Targeted Selection, DDI Master Trainer, and PDI PROFILOR (360).

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with a concentration in Human Resources and Organization Management from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the University of California, Irvine.
